These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 977pka ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 977pka website located at 977pka.net and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 977pka website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any manner whatsoever, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions of this Agreement.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

The 977pka platform and all its Services are available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 977pka strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification procedures.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary ban, or any court-ordered gambling restriction.
• Not a 977pka Employee: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and affiliates of 977pka and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 977pka account.

To access the full range of 977pka Services, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, truthful, and up to date at the time of submission and at all times thereafter.

• One Account Per Household: 977pka permits only one account per individual, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts from the same IP address, device fingerprint, or household address are subject to investigation.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 977pka login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Accurate Information: You must provide a valid email address, accurate personal details, and a date of birth that correctly reflects your actual age. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Account Security: You must notify 977pka immediately via the support channel if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Non-Transferability: Your 977pka account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

977pka is required by its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC verification may be initiated at registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon any significant account activity, or at any time at 977pka's discretion.

You may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account used to fund your 977pka account.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, 977pka may request evidence of the source of funds used to make deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 977pka will result in the suspension of withdrawal access. 977pka reserves the right to withhold winnings pending completion of KYC verification.

977pka accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved payment channels. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Approved Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page and is subject to change. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only: Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits into the same 977pka account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Times: Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within one business day. Bank transfers may take 2–3 additional business days to reflect in your bank account.
• Transaction Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in PKR. 977pka does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions.

977pka offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bets are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement represents the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where specified) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are published in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds (Sports Betting Bonuses): Sports betting bonuses may require qualifying bets to be placed at minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed at lower odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated winnings expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and bonus winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your 977pka account at any time.
• Withdrawal of Active Bonus: Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings. Only real money balances remaining after bonus forfeiture will be withdrawn.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate 977pka bonus offers — including but not limited to pattern betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the voiding of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Promotion Amendments: 977pka reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All casino games available on the 977pka platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems, verified by independent technical testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by 977pka in any manner.

• Published RTP: The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published in the game information panel. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual player outcomes.
• Sports Betting Odds: All sports betting odds on 977pka are set by the platform and are subject to change prior to the acceptance of any bet. Odds at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled, the event not being completed, obvious pricing errors, or the detection of match manipulation. Void bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Bet Acceptance: 977pka reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to additional terms including live odds fluctuations, bet acceptance delays, and settlement rules specific to each sport. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply. Current limits are published in the sportsbook and cashier sections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 977pka platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in criminal referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the 977pka platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Cooperating or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on sporting events that you have reason to believe, or knowledge of, any corrupt influence or arrangement affecting the outcome.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the 977pka platform.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the 977pka platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after placing bets or withdrawing winnings.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your 977pka account on your behalf.

977pka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; detection of prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud; underage registration; or upon receipt of a self-exclusion request.

• Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your 977pka account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, your real money balance (excluding any bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Forced Closure: Where an account is closed by 977pka due to a breach of these Terms, all funds associated with the breach (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) may be forfeited.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee deducted from the account balance, as specified in the platform's current fee schedule.

All content on the 977pka platform — including but not limited to the 977pka brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 977pka and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 977pka platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the 977pka platform without express prior written consent from 977pka.

977pka collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering a 977pka account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your 977pka account.

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 977pka platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by a third party where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Conduct or content of any third-party game providers whose products are offered through the 977pka platform.

In no event shall 977pka's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 977pka and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise wrongful conduct by you in connection with your use of the 977pka platform.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 977pka platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact the 977pka support team in the first instance. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to 977pka. 977pka will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within thirty (30) business days.

If a formal complaint remains unresolved after thirty (30) business days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified under 977pka's applicable gaming licence.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 977pka holds its gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict 977pka's ability to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

977pka reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a 977pka player — the platform will provide notice via:

• An email notification sent to your registered email address; and/or
• A prominent notice displayed upon your next login to the 977pka platform.

Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes) may be made without prior notice. All amendments take effect from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 977pka platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
